We chose this charming coastal restaurant on the recommendation of several locals, and it's become a highlight of our trip! We can't stop thinking about the delicious food, and I greatly appreciated the kind, friendly service during the busy Sunday breakfast atmosphere. Our waiter was so personable and accommodating! I was so impressed by the options on the coffee board, and we were expertly directed to drinks that matched what we were hoping for. We both chose medium 16oz lattes and they came out fluffy and hot! We couldn't finish them but were thoughtful offered paper to go cups for our remaining drinks. I chose the Wild Mushroom Omelette and it was loaded with beautiful mushrooms and topped with creamy mushroom sauce! The texture was amazingly fluffy and soft, honestly the best omelette I've ever had! The potatoes were crispy and fluffy and well seasoned 🙌 The chicken fried steak was amazingly tender and well made, with a perfect country gravy! The children's French toast plate was a good size for the kids and the French toast was loaded with vanilla and cinnamon! The one mild item that didn't impress me was the biscuit, it wasn't as tender as I'd hoped for but honestly I wasn't complaining because it still tasted good. Overall, 10/10! ⭐ We want to come to Newport again to try the lunch menu as well! I'd drive the 2½ hours just to eat every meal here on a weekend trip!

This incredible restaurant provided the best quality and quantity of food we have experienced in the Newport area. The service was the friendliest and the food was fresh, tasty and hot. Did I mention the view of the harbor was incredible? They serve you coffee in huge, double sized 16 Oz coffee mugs, like the old largest A&W mugs if you remember those. Very cool. The food is obviously fresh, nicely cut, perfectly prepared and seasoned just enough to bring the flavor out and presented tastefully and artfully. Nice ample portions and everything was steaming hot and served as you'd want it to be. Wow!! These people know what they are doing. Diners and Drive-Ins cooking show should come here and find out their secret formula. The enclosed front porch has overhead heaters and a view you won't soon forget. It stays warm above, but can be a bit chilly down below, so bring a lap blanket for maximum comfort. Great menu to choose from. We will make this our new regular "go to" restaurant in Newport. We can't wait to come back. Amazing!!!! 5 stars!!

Very pleasant restaurant with really good food. We tried the mushroom omelette and the asparagus omelette, that were pretty good with big portions. Dog friendly with a nice enclosed patio and they provide water bowls.

You must try this place! The waiter and servers were so friendly. They had smiles on their faces and sat us down right away. We got mimosas and omelets, perfect combo! The omelets were so flavorful and filled with lots of veggies just how I like. My girls are picky eaters and they loved the Mac and cheese, fries and crepes. The plate was full of appetizing fruits. You can tell they take pride in every dish they prepare. It is located right infront of the water by all the boats. This will definitely be a place we stop next time we are in Oregon.

A short review, as we stopped only once. We will certainly return if the opportunty aruses. Their coffee is pour-over, into big#4 filter infusers. Incredible extraction, big but not bitter. Color me very impressed. They make their own bread for toast. The buttermilk biscuits IMO are slightly overworked (bready). I can easily taste, these are the real ingredients. I make these at home, and am a freak about texture. I use my fingertips to spread the dough and fold vs. rolling them. Then again, I'n not in production, snd these are tasty. The Wild Mushroom Omelet is folded. No skimping on the mushrooms here. The omelet is quite fluffy, but holds up to the spinach, mushroom, and light gravy quite well. 'Home fried potatoes' are cubed red skins. If I still ate potatoes, I'm sure there would be no issues. My wife "Eggs & meat" has some marinara and a touch of cheese. She must have loved it, as she finished it off. She sez the star was the sourdough toast. Don't let it fool you, she'd have left more if it weren't all quite tasty. The $4 upcharge fruit cup is delightful. Plenty of parking across the street. Their lot holds 4. Out the window usthe whole harbor. Behind the Pacific Seafood warehouse is the Sealion's Jetty.

Wonderful food, even better staff. Lovely breakfast spot. We got the breakfast omelet, delicious with the feta cheese and pickled onions. The 6 oysters meal, yummy tarter sauce. And the Italian omelet was so flavorful with the tomato sauce, Italian Sausage, peppers, and pickled onions.

Super friendly barista and they had macadamia syrup! My latte and drip coffee were on point! Drank my latte on the pier while watching the sea lions in early April.

A gem! Adorable vintage diner-type cafe in the heart of the Historic Bayfront District. You can order off the lunch menu for breakfast, which I did, treating myself to fried oysters. They were phenomenal--among the best I've ever had. Very friendly, helpful service. Highly recommended!

This place is a hidden gem. Super friendly staff and the crab cakes and fish and chips are 10/10. The clam chowder was good enough. Would not recommend the fettuccine alfredo though. Stick to the seafood items because they do those extremely well. Fast service, and nice area right across from the docks.
